Dandruff has plagued many people from time to time. What is dandruff? Why do I have dandruff? What can I do to get rid of my dandruff? What these do is help control dandruff it is best to try and use the shampoo once a day until the dandruff is controlled and then maybe two to three times a week after that. Some people notice that after awhile the shampoo loses its effectiveness; simply try using a different type of dandruff shampoo and alternate between the two. Your health care provider may be able to prescribe something or tell you if there is another reason for your dandruff. Remembering you are not alone and trying to do something about it is the best thing you can do for yourself and your hair.
