Sandra Bullock

Sandra was born July 26, 1964 in Washington D.C.  Perky Sandra was a cheerleader in high school and was voted Most Likely to Brighten Your Day. She started working in off-Broadway plays and then moved on to a role in “Working Girl” the small screen adaptation to the silver screen hit. That series did not fare well and ended quick.

Her first starring role was in 1992’s, “Love Potion Number Nine” a film that was not well received by critics. The following year she appeared with Sylvester Stallone in “Demolition Man”. In 1994, Sandra starred in “Speed” with Keanu Reeves, the movie would be one of the most successful action films.  “While You Were Sleeping”, the surprisingly well received romantic comedy opened in 1995. Sandra had her share of flops however, one of the worst offenders being “Speed 2: Cruise Control” which was so bad Keanu Reeves refused to reprise his role and had to be replaced.

“Hope Floats” was the first film that Sandra released with her own production company, Fortis Films and did well, both with critics and audiences. Sandra teamed with Nicole Kidman for the film, “Practical Magic” a likeable but not very successful film. She fared much better with “Miss Congeniality” in 2000. (The sequel to that film would be a stinker.)  Sandra would star in “The Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood” which would do fairly well, as did the romantic comedy, “Two Weeks Notice”.

Sandra would take some time off, using the new spare time to be the executive producer of the George Lopez show. She would return to the screen with “Crash” which would go on to win three Academy Awards that year. In 2006, Sandra would appear in “The Lake House”, reunited with her Speed co-star, Keanu Reeves.

Sandra has her brown hair cut in the perky-girl cut- long on the sides with straight cut bangs.
