Born August 26, 1986, the singularly named R&B singer began pursuing her career when she was sixteen. A meeting with the producer Rockwilder had the girl seeking out formal voice lessons. She worked briefly as a model, until her debut “Me& U” was released. The lead single from that album went to the top ten on the charts for several weeks.
Cassie modeled for Abercrombie & Fitch as well as for Target. She has long, dark hair which is really spectacular when it is lightened to a golden honey color. It appears very healthy, but is worn straight in nearly every photo that is available of her. There have been a few photos of her with her hair pulled straight back, but she seems more comfortable with her hair down to frame her face.
